Due to the nature of our products, Move Pretty does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size/color selection, or unwanted items. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.

Order cancellations:
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping:
Move Pretty is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If there is an issue with the delivery of your order, please contact us so we can help you determine the next steps.
